iRecycle users can stay in the office to enjoy the delicious foods which are ordered on the Smart Soup website and recycle the designated glass^# and/or plastic bottles while picking up food utensils. iRecycle users can earn iDollar through recycling for various selected offers in the iRecycle mobile APP.

How to join: 1. Place food order and recycling request on the Smart Soup website. Remark the type and quantity of the designated recyclables (not more than 10 rinsed glass^# and/or plastic bottles at one collection point) 2. Smart Soup will collect the designated recyclables according to users’ reservations while picking up food containers. 3. User can earn iDollar by iRecycle APP after completed the recycling process

Precautions for door-to-door recycling service:

1. Proper and cleaning recycling

2. Quantity： Not more than 10 rinsed glass and/or plastic bottles at one collection point

3. Well separated in the bag by type: Provide your own bag(s) for each door-to-door recycling service appointment and separate the containers by type as below: - Glass containers in one bag - Type 1 – PET and type 2 – HDPE plastic bottles in one bag

Terms & Conditions

1. Smart Soup food delivery service hour: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday)
2. Business area door-to-door collection service hour: Monday to Friday, after 2 p.m. (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday)
3. Smart Soup will collect the designated recyclables while picking up the food utensils. The address of business area door-to-door recycling service shall be same as the delivery address.
4. The user shall place a food order on the Smart Soup website to make the business area door-to-door collection reservation.
5. The business area door-to-door recycling service only applies to users who have placed food orders on the Smart Soup website and users shall accept the terms and conditions by Smart Soup.
6. The user shall provide not less than 10 acceptable glass and/or plastic bottles on a single collection point per each door-to-door collection service appointment. Service provider reserve the right to reject the collection of non-acceptable glass and/or plastic bottles included but not limited to plastic bottles other than type 1 – PET and type 2 – HDPE, glass containers other than drink, condiment and sauce container, contaminated glass and plastic bottles, light bulbs / fluorescent tubes, cosmetic glass containers, mirrors, glass construction materials.
7. Users must provide their own bags for each door-to-door recycling appointment and separate their recyclables
8. Baguio iRecycle Limited and Smart Soup Catering Ltd reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of Baguio iRecycle Limited and Smart Soup Catering Ltd shall be final.
10. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
