Terms & Conditions
1. The Shell x iRecycle Recycling Competition (“Activity”) is organized by Shell Hong Kong Limited (‘Shell’). Participants shall read and agree to be bounded by the Terms and Conditions herein.
2. This activity is valid from 1 to 31 May 2021 (both dates inclusive).
3. The recycling volume in the activity period shall be counted from 1 May 2021 at 07:00 to 31 May 2021 at 23:59.
4. Participants shall be the registered iRecycle mobile APP user registered with a valid mobile phone number.
5. Participants shall verify the number of plastic or glass bottles recycle at the designated Shell stations with the Station personnel and scan the QR code by the iRecycle mobile APP for the record.
6. The activity is calculated by the number of recycled glass bottles and/or plastic bottles (type 1 and type 2) at the 37 designated Shell Stations only.
7. For 37 designated Shell Station locations, please refer to the “Search” function on the iRecycle mobile APP.
8. The top 3 iRecycle users with the highest recycling records in each designed Shell Stations shall receive the prize offered by Shell. For the details and the terms and conditions of the prizes, please refer to the winning notification message. Ranking and prize are as below:

• Runner-up: HK$200 Shell Convenience Store Coupon
• Second runner-up: HK$100 Convenience Store Coupon
9. Winners have to recycle at least 10 designated recyclables. If 2 or more registered users recycled the same amount of items, the registered user who reaches the amount earlier should be the winner.
10. Each winning registered users are entitled one prize at one Shell station only. If the user recycle at two or more stations, collection volume will be counted by station that user contribute most. If user contribute the same volume at two or more stations, the earlier result will be counted. Original ranking of the station will be passed on.
11. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or promotional discount coupons/activities unless otherwise specified.
12. Registered users can entitle the prize from ’i want Recycle‧Award – May 2021’ and ‘foodpanda x iRecycle Door-to-Door recycling service promotion’.

14. All the prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
15. The winning notification shall be provided by WhatsApp message (Tel. no.: 9706 6517) to the valid registered mobile phone number of the iRecycle mobile APP. Winners who cannot complete the winning confirmation by the registration link provided in the winning notification within 10 calendar days after received the winning notification will forfeit the prize.
16. In the interest of fairness, the employees of Baguio iRecycle Limited (Baguio) and staff that were responsible or involved in any part of this event in the merchant companies are not eligible to enter.
17. Any abuse of the iRecycle system, including setting up bogus accounts, will result in disqualification of the entry.
18. The Winners must accept their Prize(s) in the form provided by the Sponsor. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash credit or kind, either in part or in full except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter. The Prize(s) cannot be sold or bartered. There is no refund for any partially used Prize(s).
19. Baguio reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to deal with any unclaimed Prize(s) in any manner.
20. Baguio is not the supplier of the above prizes and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the prizes collected and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.
21. If registered data or winning notification are lost, inaccurate, unidentifiable or damage caused by any computer, network, telephone or technical issues which are not attributed to the default of Baguio, Baguio shall not have any legal liability if the participant is judged as disqualified and the participant cannot object.
22. Terms and conditions of Shell and Baguio shall be applied.
23. Baguio and Shell reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions and the promotion content without prior notice.
24. In case of any dispute, the decision of Shell shall be final.
25. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
